I'm pursuing my Doctor of Physiotherapy at the University of Karachi, and my training has been hands-on from the start. At Rabia Moon Memorial Institute of Neurosciences, I conducted patient assessments and worked on post-stroke rehabilitation and pediatric muscle re-education. At Liaquat National Hospital, I handled history taking, pain management with electrotherapy, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy for musculoskeletal pain. I've also completed a hands-on certification in instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization at Taqwa Institute.
